By default gtalk video chat application is not available in tgalaxy devices. One way to use gtalk video chat in rooted galaxy devices is ti use Vtok. This is inly a secondary method.

Steps to install

• Download [root] Talk 1.3 Installer from the following link

http://market.android.com/details?id=com.brainwashstudio.talkinstaller

• Install  GTalk 1.3  and then run it
• Select the latest version and select install.
